		<description>I saw, at my local Whole Foods, many bins for compostables.  One behind the coffee bar, another in the table section complete with a list of what to put in that bin.  The produce section staffer told me that the bin next to the corn, for on-site husking, also goes into the compost.  Hurrah!</description>
