i.e.: fruit scraps to make syrups for homemade soda
      vegetable scraps to make homemade stocks/broths
      collagen and fat from stewed or roasted meat saved to be cooked with later</description>

P.S. I thought of you the other day when I had for lunch:

-Crust from homemade calzones
-Most of a piece of chicken that a friend of my son wouldn&#039;t eat.
-Tap water.

P.P.S. I made pumpkin scones yesterday from our jack-o-lanterns. I still have more puree left, so I&#039;ll make pie tonight. Oh, the things I do to avoid food waste!

It was perfectly satisfying, and I didn&#039;t die from food poisoning.</description>
