Pretty useful things. It's not really trays or Styrofoam. They're removed the trays and replaced them with...nothing. Asking students to use their legs a bit. Maybe two trips--gasp! Trays are reusable, but in that reusing, a lot of water is used.

Plop all the food in the students' hands (like mashed potatoes, meat, veggies, etc?) What a mess! Or do they use (gasp!) waxed paper to put the food on? Or do they just ladel the food into open mouths in line, like baby birds? Why not install one BIG kitchen sink for everybody to lean over as they eat? Come'onnnnnn!!!!
