					<description>You got me!  I'm a little slow on the uptake when it comes to April Fool's. :p

I like your point in reverse there at the end...that what we each individually do does make a difference.  I will probably never be powerful enough to change the way hospitals and hotels and restaurants waste food, but I can sure do something about the way that *I* waste food.  And maybe, other people will learn from what I'm learning, and I won't end up changing just myself.</description>
