The tragedy is that we have to throw a lot of leftover food and we reduce the serving size then everyone goes on the net (places like Yelp)and bad mouth how small the portions are!! I feel like puting your quote on my menus "Eat an unhealthy amount or throw away a whole bunch. It’s your choice." Then I will be critisized on the net for scare-mongering the people of land with plenty!! Seems like a lost war to me. Thanks for the picture and wise comments.
