Finally, just thought I’d point out this nice, little article from London’s The Times on two solutions to the abundant UK food waste. According to Waste and Resource Action Plan (WRAP), £20 billion of produce is tossed each year. Maybe there wouldn’t be as much waste if the English could cook!
